Deaths - 27 Sept 1738 - Sir Thomas Stradling, Bart of Glamorgan at Montpellier, France. By his death the title is extinct and his estates of 5000L per annum goes to Bussy Mansel esq.

Lord Mansel who is succeded in honour and estates by his uncle Christopher Mansel of Newick Place, Sussex, esq.

1754 Placed at the back as a separate 46 page booklet: "Of the order of Baronets"

Entry for Stradling comes under the group of extinct baronets:-

"Stradling of St Donats, Glamorganshire. May 22, 1611. Arms - Pally of six, argent and azure, over all, on a bend gules, three cinquefoils ermine."
